Key Responsibilities of the Development Technician:
- Full vehicle preparation, assembly, and build, with a focus on prototype and concept vehicle builds.
- Development of practices in:
- Powertrain (engine build / transmission)
- Brake systems
- Body in White
- Electrical assembly / instrumentation
- Fabrication, machining, and welding
- Diagnosing and logging build issues while contributing to engineering improvements.
- Hours: Day shift: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Overtime opportunities available.
- Pay: £25 per PAYE, uplifted via Umbrella model.
Please note: This role is deemed inside IR35. The final umbrella pay rate will include the assignment pay rate, holiday pay, and employer contributions.
