Job Description:

Typical Responsibilties

  • Assemble small components (electronic or mechanical) according to work instructions or samples.
  • Perform hand soldering of through-hole components on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards).
  • Inspect and test assembled products to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Use tools such as soldering irons, tweezers, microscopes and small hand tools.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety protocols.
  • Complete production documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve assembly issues.
