Travelport is the brains behind lots of your travel bookings- plane, car or hotel. Our technology is used to book that magical holiday, infamous bachelorette party or long overdue school reunion. While we can’t solve mosquito bites or lost luggage, we can simplify a lot of the technical parts of travel, and we’re looking for the best thinkers to help us do it.

How you’ll make an impact:

You will lead a talented, high performing, multi-award-winning brand team, as well as collaborate daily with the wider marketing team spread across our global footprint. This role benefits from close interaction with our senior leadership team including our CEO.
Your role in action:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning : Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Travelport vision and strategy and reinforces our position as an industry leader and disruptor.
- Brand Identity & Storytelling : Own and refine our brand’s visual identity, messaging, and narrative across all channels.
- Brand campaigns : Create global marketing materials, programs and campaigns designed to elevate brand awareness and create a long-term consistent positioning for the Travelport brand.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with commercial and product marketing, market insights and customer experience, and commercial teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness in campaigns, content, and customer experiences.
- Corporate marketing services : Own the company’s corporate collateral, executive presentations, registered trademarks, identity architecture, graphic design, naming architecture, domains and logo’s globally.
- Creative & Content Oversight : Lead creative teams to produce compelling brand assets, including campaigns, digital content, and visual identity guidelines.
- Digital Marketing Oversight : Lead our digital teams to create seamless customer journeys across all digital touchpoints including paid and social media and our website.
- Reputation & Thought Leadership : Elevate Travelport as an industry thought leader through strategic partnerships, PR, and executive visibility.
- Brand Performance Measurement : Define KPIs and use data to assess brand performance, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
- Manage third party agencies : Select, negotiate and contract third-party agenciesand suppliersensuring that work is delivered to brief and completed on time and within budget.
- Brief development : Develop and communicate written briefs for use by agencies and suppliers to direct their work activities to generate concepts for effective execution of marketing programs and objectives.
Could this be you?
- Compelling experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related fields, preferably in travel, tech, or B2B brands
- Proven track record of building and scaling impactful brands at a global level and in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to think strategically and develop effective and differentiated positions
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and design principles.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Ability to work with all levels in the organization, confident and comfortable interacting with senior and executive management to communicate strategy and results.
- Demonstrable experience in an environment of multiple priority pressure aligned with a track record of delivering results.
