You\’ll join a team of 6 specialists, each with extensive experience. Some team members are approaching retirement, so this vacancy is strategic, ensuring excellent onboarding and mentoring with a smooth handover.

Salary is GBP 60,000, with benefits including a pension, 25 days holiday, and PMI. The benefits package is under review and likely to expand.

This is not a sales role; there are no bonuses. It\’s a support, problem-solving, and client-delighting role, working alongside planners and paraplanners.

You should be a pensions specialist or a generalist willing to develop pensions expertise. Approximately two-thirds of team queries are pension-related, making this a valuable skill.

The team is all Level 6 qualified, but this isn\’t required initially. However, progression towards this qualification is expected.
