Job Description:
Office Location: Hereford, Texas, United States
Scope and Contacts:
Essential Functions:
- Perform administrative duties for one or more senior-level loan officers engaged in commercial/consumer loans.
- Type, file, answer phones, greet, and assist customers and prospective customers.
- Assist customers with the loan application process and prepare applications for review by lending officers.
- Coordinate with loan processors to complete and return documentation for closing in a timely manner once the loan is approved.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
- Actively participate in the Customer Service First sales and service culture, support organizational values, and follow established policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with at least three years of secretarial/administrative experience; commercial or personal loan experience preferred.
- Strong customer relations and communication skills, accuracy, flexibility, reliability, initiative, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
- Experience with word processing and spreadsheet software required.
- Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and customer relations skills are essential.
