Security Service Engineer

The role
As a Security Service Engineer within SECOM’s High Security Services (HSS) division, you’ll provide expert servicing, maintenance, and reactive support across advanced intruder alarm, access control, IP CCTV, and VMS platforms. Working with high-security clients, you’ll ensure systems are maintained to the highest standard, with a strong focus on compliance, professionalism, and first-time resolution.
- Include routine servicing of high-security systems, reactive fault-finding, maintenance, completing digital reports, and ensuring compliance with installation specs and client expectations.
- You\\\’ll coordinate with service teams, adhere to PMV and SLA deadlines, collect parts, and maintain excellent customer communication while upholding professional standards on-site.
The ideal candidate
You’ll need experience servicing intruder alarms, access control, IP CCTV, and related systems. Familiarity with Galaxy, Pacom, and VMS platforms is highly desirable. A full UK driving licence is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, digital reporting knowledge, and a team-oriented mindset are also key for this role.
