A day in the life of…
As Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is to welcome guests from around the world with a friendly smile and provide exceptional service. You will work closely with your team to ensure each shift runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering the best possible guest experience every time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure food and beverage orders are prepared and served promptly
- Upsell food and beverage items to guests as appropriate
- Handle cash, card, and other payment methods accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Set up and clear tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
- Serve guests in conference and event areas
- Assist with room service orders when needed
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently
- Attend training sessions and team meetings as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager
