Advertising Sales Manager, Israel Markets – Relocation To London

We’re looking for a commercially driven and growth-focused Growth Advertising Sales Manager to join our IL Market team in London . In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, prospecting and closing deals, and driving significant revenue growth in the Israeli performance advertising market . You’ll act as a strategic consultant to advertisers, working with a fast-moving, high-potential market, while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize performance and deliver results.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Native or professional fluency in Hebrew and English
  • Strong prospecting skills, with the ability to identify and engage high-potential leads
  • A proven track record in sales, ideally in digital advertising or performance marketing
  • Strong deal-closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Independence and motivation to manage a full sales cycle
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Active listening, structured thinking, and confidence in client-facing conversations
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to shared goals

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working with Israeli advertisers, including brands, affiliates, D2C dropshippers, or agencies.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Excel, Qlik, or other performance marketing tools

How you’ll make an impact:

As a Growth Advertising Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in:

  • Driving and delivering on quarterly new business targets by identifying, pitching, and closing advertising deals
  • Managing the full sales cycle – from prospecting to activation
  • Generating a high volume of outreach and creating qualified opportunities
  • Building long-term relationships with key players in the Israeli digital advertising market
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing data-driven recommendations and strategic insights
  • Participating in key industry events and conferences
  • Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, AMs, Product, and Support
