About The Role
Your day to day
- Managing the general day-to-day running of their section
- Understanding of HACCP/COSHH
- Cost and quality control for incoming and outgoing goods
- Ensure temperature readings are taken daily and accurately
- Maintain kitchen equipment, fixtures, and fittings
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and hygiene standards
- Serve food to the standard highlighted in the menu specification
- Follow company relations policy and communicate hotel services to guests
- Wear a clean, suitable uniform
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming
- Uphold equal opportunities policy
- Participate in training and performance improvement activities
- Maintain tidiness and safety in staff/work areas
