We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Functional Consultant to provide support for an external customer, focusing on project delivery and business-as-usual (BAU) support on an SAP ECC6.0 (ERP) system.
Role Overview:
Provide expertise in SAP FICO to ensure effective business solutions, including support, implementation, and upgrades.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver SAP best practice processes for application support and maintenance.
- Participate in requirements gathering, gap analysis, upgrades, issue resolution, and training.
- Engage with clients to enhance functionalities, support testing, and implement changes.
- Configure and implement change requests in SAP FICO, SRM, and MM modules.
- Resolve operational issues and incidents logged by end-users.
- Prepare documentation such as business requirements, functional specs, UAT scripts, and training materials.
What we are looking for:
- Experience with SAP FICO in support or project environments.
- Knowledge of Kofax (Readsoft) is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants.
