This is an amazing opportunity for an Afterschool Club Manager to join a well-established coaching company. They are actively growing, and this is an exciting time to join them on their journey. As a School Club Manager, you will manage all day-to-day aspects of running the clubs at your school, including scheduling, people management, cost control, handling customer complaints, and maintaining school relationships. You will also have the opportunity to work during holidays on activity and sport camps.

Ideally, you will have experience in:

  • Leading a Team: Being firm but fair, genuine, respectful of differences and uniqueness.
  • Leading Performance: Managing finances, setting clear goals, thinking creatively, and confidently making decisions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Listening to customers, parents, schools, and children to create the best experiences.
  • Leading Yourself: Seeking feedback, staying calm under pressure, and exceeding expectations.
  • Leading Play & Activities: Creating a fun, energetic, structured environment for children\’s growth and development.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • First aid / Paediatric training
  • Safeguarding
