• The salary for this role is £35k – £40k.
• The shift pattern is Monday – Friday, days.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct fitting of parts/sub assemblies to the highest standard
• Write SOPs for best practice.
• Provide training to team members.
• Ensure all safety regulations are adhered to.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on various projects.
• Advise on potential improvements to increase efficiency.
• Remain up-to-date with the latest mechanical best practices and concepts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Mechanical Fitter/Quality Control should have:

• Relevant education in Engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with industrial and manufacturing systems.
• Experience writing SOPs and providing training is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment.
