The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, well-organised, and enthusiastic HR/Recruitment Administrator to join our central Human Resources team, travel across sites will be required. These positions play a key role in supporting the operational recruitment processes throughout the group. As vital members of the team, you will help manage the recruitment cycle, ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices, GDPR, and group policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all recruitment administration for both temporary and permanent staff, including arranging interviews and supporting selection processes.
- Conduct employment checks such as DBS verification, reference collection, and qualification checks, ensuring compliance with safer recruitment standards.
- Maintain and update the HR Information System (currently iTrent), including data on recruitment, sickness, training, and staff records.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and Group Director, including document preparation, room bookings, and handling correspondence.
- Manage onboarding processes for new staff, including inductions, issuing contracts, setting up personnel files, and arranging access passes.
- Respond to general HR enquiries, offering basic advice on policies and procedures and ensuring accurate and timely communication with staff and external contacts.
