We’re looking for a Real Time CRM Executive to join our Newsroom-style CRM team and deliver best-in-class, personalized marketing across key touchpoints of the customer journey.
As a Real Time CRM Executive, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer communication. From a player’s first bet to big wins, near-misses, and everything in between—you’ll trigger the right message, at the right time, on the right channel.
What you will be doing
- Planning and delivering Real Time CRM campaigns for William Hill Sports and Gaming customers.
- Ensuring campaigns are executed on time, flawlessly, and meet business goals according to evoke’s strategy.
- Coordinating delivery across channels (Push, Email, Welcome) using platforms like Airship, Adobe, Bloomreach.
- Identifying opportunities to sell the next best action, requiring copywriting and creativity to market our bets and promotions.
- Working with data and automation teams to build real-time audiences for targeting.
- Using bonus systems to create exclusive, incentivized opportunities for target audiences.
- Reviewing and analyzing campaign statistics to assess success and report to senior management.
