The Job:

Job Title: HR Generalist
Temporary to Permanent position

Location: Leighton Buzzard / Hybrid working

Salary: Up to £36,500 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

  • Act as the key point of contact for general People queries
  • Manage the new hire onboarding and RTW processes for UK and Germany
  • Ad hoc support with TA coordination and screening
  • Execute all events and internal communication programs
  • Manage all engagement programs and initiatives
  • Maintain the HRIS and process any changes for HR and TA
  • Provide support with contract generation, paperwork and general queries
  • Assist with any relevant company-wide updates including policies, org structures and job descriptions

What is the company looking for?

  • Minimum 1+ years\’ HR and TA Coordination experience
  • Available immediately or at short notice
  • Strong HRIS experience
  • Muck in attitude and motivation to assist outside of HR and TA
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of organisation
