SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The responsibilities linked to this position can be summarised as follows: To provide administrative and office support to the HR Team in all aspects of the HR Service. To support the HR Team in all aspects of the recruitment and engagement process. To provide administration support at meetings as and when required. To support the HR Team to ensure CQC compliance of all employee personnel files. To support the HR Team to ensure compliance with all UKVI sponsorship and Right to Work compliance To act with confidentiality and discretion at all times. To support the HR Team to be responsive, diligent and professional in all aspects of work and document presentation at all times.
