For this role, we are looking to speak with entrepreneurial sales professionals who come from the IT Industry. You will have worked for a Value-Added Reseller and are likely looking for an Account Management or Account Director role.

This is a lively, dynamic, and exciting place to work – where you will be given full support to win and develop business accounts. You will have full autonomy of your own customer base – growing your own business within a business. The main initial focus of the role will be to carry out direct marketing and sales activities over the phone and other channels in a big to maintain and develop the company’s sales and building long-term profitable relationships.

Duties

  • Increase profit from existing and new customers, using agreed strategies with the line manager.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and prospects.
  • Maintain and develop the computerised database, keeping accurate records of requirements, usage, contacts, quotations and orders.
  • Liaise and co-operate with all departments within the organisation following set procedures & conventions.
