Legal Director – Regulatory (Health & Safety) – Newcastle
We are instructed on a senior opportunity for a Legal Director to join the Regulatory team at a leading commercial law firm in Newcastle.
This is a senior position combining high-quality client work with team leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
You’ll advise on a wide range of matters including:
Health & Safety prosecutions
Environmental Agency, Trading Standards and Food Safety investigations
Traffic Commissioner hearings
Regulatory compliance and advisory work for insurers and corporate clients
You will take on a busy caseload and play a key role in supporting and developing junior lawyers as the team continues to grow.
The firm offers flexibility around working hours and a hybrid approach to office and home working. The team handles excellent quality work with instructions from both insurers and direct corporate clients.
