Investment Product Manager
As a Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase within Nutmeg, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities:
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product\’s key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Build strong and collaborative relationships across different departments, including internal teams (e.g. Product and Engineering, Compliance, Operations and Investments) and with our external partners
- Define and manage a highly organised roadmap and supporting backlog to ensure your team is delivering products that will most positively impact customers and the business
- Be passionate about the Product Development process, always striving to improve how products are built to ensure teams operate to their maximum effectiveness and efficiency
- Support and motivate the Engineering teams with clear and achievable deliverables
- Run assigned agile teams through iterative Discovery and Delivery sprint cycles
- Participate in agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, planning meetings, retrospectives
- Balance business and technical objectives and translate these as clear priorities for the Engineering team
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Proven track record of successfully building wealth management products, familiarity with brokerage and mutual funds end-to-end lifecycle
- Experience working in the delivery of large, complex digital product initiatives with cross-team dependencies
- Experience with software delivery best practices, working with technical product requirements and mapping of dependencies, design of minimum viable products, working with multi-country requirements
- Explaining technical issues in a clear way to the business and other stakeholders
- Ability to analyse and incorporate user needs, business needs, and technical constraints/opportunities into the product development process
- Be the glue among departments and create shared understanding by translating ideas & concepts into technical or layman’s terms
