Overview

Reablement Support Worker 8451 | Permanent contract | £20,743 to £22,110 per annum (Scale E) | 30 hours per week | Mill Close, Aylsham.

About the Role

Here at Norfolk First Response we work with a reablement ethos, working alongside people in their homes to make a positive difference. We aim to help them regain their previous abilities within 6 weeks following a period of ill health or change in circumstances and our Support Workers (Reablement) are a key part of that.

The vacant post is 30 hours per week, working in Fakenham and surrounding areas. You will work a range of mornings (7.30am–2pm or 8am–2.30pm) and evenings (4.30–9pm or 5–10pm) with hours averaged over a two-week rota to support work-life balance.
