Job Opportunity: Business Support Officer

We have a rewarding opportunity for a full-time Business Support Officer to join our service at the Whiteleaf Centre in Aylesbury. This modern, purpose-built resource centre provides inpatient, community, and outpatient facilities for people with mental illness.

Your role will involve building relationships with service users, relatives, the public, and professionals from partner organizations. You will also help ensure the efficient operation of the service in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, organize, and deliver your work to provide effective information and business support, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  2. Serve as the main contact for a senior staff member or team, acting as a filter for issues and an escalation point for non-routine matters.
  3. Identify information sources and efficiently collate and organize data for reports, documents, and recommendations.
  4. Process, analyze, and interpret specialist information using appropriate systems, prioritizing trends and issues to support management decisions.
  5. Create documents, reports, correspondence, and other materials, ensuring accuracy and quality.
