We are searching for an experienced Restructuring Advisory Assistant Manager.

An exciting opportunity to develop a breadth of commercial skills and experience across advisory and formal insolvency assignments with the Restructuring Advisory team. To assist in the delivery of restructuring advisory reporting assignments and work on insolvency appointments across a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring clients and other interested parties receive a quality service.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Supporting the completion of assignments in accordance with the Firm’s standard Advisory procedures and statutory obligations, including client arrangements, costs, and billing.
- Handling advisory assignments such as cash flow reviews, solvency reviews, options analyses, independent business reviews, pre-lend reviews, etc.
- Working closely with other Restructuring Advisory staff to plan and execute insolvency assignments, and managing appropriate cases as required, following standard procedures and statutory obligations.
- Assisting with client onboarding procedures and timely completion of CEAP.
- Liaising with creditors, directors, and interested parties throughout assignments, practicing excellent client service.

- ACCA / ACA qualification or part-qualified (beneficial).
- Previous client handling experience.
- Experience in preparing or analyzing financial information.
- Experience in Restructuring Advisory and/or Insolvency, with CPI qualification (or equivalent) advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a commercial outlook.
- Proven communication skills for internal and external client interactions.
