THE ROLE
Due to continued success and growth, they are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team and aid the pitching process and business growth. They are also open to a more senior level candidate coming onboard.
- Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation
- Driving business development strategy across the company
- Identifying new innovations in the AV industry
- Seeking and securing new business
- Proactively follow through sales leads
- Focusing on new business customer engagement
- Market mapping and research
- Developing and presenting proposals
- Networking with prospective clients
- Maintaining an expert knowledge of the industry
THE CANDIDATE
You will come from a business development and relationship building background and will have strong technical knowledge from within the events industry. A deep understanding of AV equipment used in event projects as well as how an event is pulled together from a technical standpoint is essential. Ideally this will come from a production agency or technical supplier
