BTE Partnerships are seeking an innovative Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our market-leading business on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support the Senior Strategic Partnership Manager with a portfolio of strategic BTE partnerships, holding responsibility for supporting, building, and developing long-term and consultative relationships with ARAG’s strategic partnerships.
The successful candidate will look to drive mutual growth objectives and assist in creating, maintaining, and delivering partnership development plans to drive sales & marketing strategies, ensure excellent service delivery, adherence to governance & regulatory requirements, and ultimately secure retention & loyalty across our partners.
This is a unique opportunity where the successful candidate will work alongside a team of Senior Managers to retain and manage large and high-value partners, and work closely to develop strategic goals together.
About You
We are keen to hear from candidates with proven success supporting, leading, and developing partnerships, including exploitation of wider business opportunities within the existing partnerships. Ideally, you will have previous experience working in the insurance or financial services industry, or within a regulated environment.
In addition, we are looking for a candidate that can demonstrate the following:
- Ability to deliver innovative and quality customer solutions
- Collaborative and able to work with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions to enhance the effectiveness of the business
- The ability to influence and communicate with confidence at senior levels
- Success at developing and managing internal and external stakeholders to build effective working relationships and collaboratively develop customer offerings
- Flexible and adaptable communication style with the use of appropriate tools, techniques, and skills to allow effective and efficient communication
- Highly accountable with the ability to drive loyalty and success across our partners with clear commercial acumen
- Ability to support development of strategic account objectives and apply them in tactical decision making
- Passion for the ‘Art of the Possible’ contributing to a highly innovative and collaborative partnership culture
- Influence and first-rate stakeholder management skills to create stakeholder investment in partnership strategy and transformation
- Understanding of corporate and regulatory governance requirements ensuring compliance is at the forefront of decisions and activity
This role is a hybrid opportunity, and on occasion will require country-wide travel, as well as a specific requirement for presence in the Bristol office.
