What would you do as our E-Business Administrator

As our E-Business Administrator, you will have the opportunity to enhance customer experience, develop professional skills, and be part of a dynamic team. Reporting to the Internal Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for E-Commerce After Market Sales activities and supporting daily operations such as switchboard and order processing. You will drive e-commerce improvement and growth strategies, managing day-to-day content activities across ASSA ABLOY\’s digital channels.

You would also be responsible for:

  • Supporting offline and digital marketing campaigns aligned with the Business Plan
  • Updating and maintaining online product catalogues, including new product setup and visuals
  • Overseeing daily operations of the e-Store
  • Managing e-commerce marketing campaigns in collaboration with local and international teams
  • Engaging customers to increase e-Store adoption
  • Testing new features and campaigns before launch
  • Managing workflow and setting priorities for the e-Store
  • Coordinating customer, product, and price data in the ERP according to e-Store guidelines
  • Collaborating with Management and IT teams on e-Store improvements and functionalities

We are seeking someone with:

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication skills at all levels
  • Polite and confident telephone manner
  • A systematic approach to work
  • Knowledge of Canva is advantageous but not essential
  • Based in Reading, UK

It is beneficial if you have prior experience working with SAP, processing orders, and using Microsoft CRM 365.
