Job Description
How you will make an impact
The Area Specialist will work closely with the Capex project manager. The key responsibilities include:
- Oversee all process areas from milk to cheese milk out and whey in to whey out.
- Collaborate with CAPEX, NPD, and Production teams to develop equipment technology masterplans aligned with company innovation, capacity, and infrastructure plans.
- Ensure process and technology implementation meet NPD, production, and standards.
- Support development of equipment standards and specifications for purchasing equipment across Arla\’s manufacturing network.
- Provide technical support, identify productivity improvements, and resolve technical issues related to equipment.
What will make you successful
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience with:
- Knowledge of machine safety requirements and hygienic equipment design.
- Experience with equipment PC&IS / controls systems.
- Experience working with production and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, cost awareness, and diplomacy skills.
