Located minutes from Crawley town centre, our new nursery is set in a large Victorian home which we have transformed into a welcoming environment for families and childcare professionals to enjoy. We are currently looking for Level 3 Nursery Nurses to join us!
Nursery Nurse (Salary: Up to £28,350.40 per annum)
This is an exciting and fulfilling role that incorporates lots of variety. As a Nursery Nurse, you will spend your days looking after children from 3 months old, right up to pre-school age. You’ll ensure that the children have fun whilst being sensitive and attentive to their individual needs.
This role is open to those with an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare. We have part time hours available, including a job share role that is Monday to Friday, 8am-2pm.
Room Leader (Salary up to £30,451.20 per annum)
We are currently seeking people who are passionate about childcare to join our team of staff as a Room Leader, however the Room Leader role will be inline with the business needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the room. Our staff are essential to the smooth running of our nurseries and are valued members of the team; you will build relationships with children and parents and be involved fully in nursery life.
Please be advised if you do not possess a full and relevant qualification or experience within the childcare sector your application will not be considered.

Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Working together with the rest of the team to provide high quality care for children aged 0-5.
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery by adhering to the relevant policies and procedures.
- Using your knowledge, experience and imagination to come up with new ideas and activities.
- Building relationships with children and communicating well with their parents.
- Making sure every working day is fun!
Your qualifications and experience:
- Suitable qualifications: an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, and the ability to refer to the EYFS Framework when planning activities.
- To be aware of the role of planning, observation and keeping records when caring for nursery aged children.
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and meeting their needs.
- A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
