A well-regarded legal practice based in London City is seeking a Family Law Solicitor with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience to join their specialist team. This is an ideal opportunity for a confident and capable Family Law Solicitor to develop their career within a dynamic and client-focused environment. The firm has a strong reputation for dealing with complex and high-value family matters, particularly those involving High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals, often with international elements. The successful Family Law Solicitor will be joining a growing and supportive team with clear routes for progression, modern office facilities and access to an impressive client base. The Family Law Solicitor\’s role The Family Law Solicitor will be responsible for managing a broad caseload, including divorce proceedings, financial remedy cases, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, cohabitation issues and private children law matters. Many clients are HNW or UHNW individuals, requiring a discreet and commercially astute approach. This role also involves contributing to the wider development of the practice through networking, article writing and other business development initiatives. The Family Law Solicitor To be considered for this Family Law Solicitor role, candidates must be UK-qualified with 2-4 years\’ PQE in family law. Additional experience advising international clients or dealing with complex financial cases is highly advantageous. Essential requirements include: Solid experience in all aspects of family law, including financial disputes and child arrangements. A client-centred, solution-focused approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision. A proactive attitude towards business development and marketing. IT proficiency and excellent document management skills. Relevant qualifications include an LLB/GDL and LPC or equivalent. Resolution membership would be beneficial. In Return? Salary of £50,000 – £70,000 depending on experience. 26 days annual leave + bank holidays. Pension scheme and private healthcare. Death in service benefit. Paid sick leave.
