Are you a commercial lawyer looking for an in-house flexible role where you can work from home?
Arbuthnot Yon has been instructed an opportunity for a lawyer to join a national retail business which is going through an exciting period of change and they are looking to expand their existing legal team to support growth in the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer to undertake a varied role where you will advise on a range of commercial legal matters with a focus on a range of commercial contracts and projects as well as broader legal areas including technology, data protection and compliance areas!
Forming part of a established in-house team, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of commercial agreements and issues affecting the business. The emphasis of your role will involve working closely with business colleagues and advising on a varied range of commercial contracts. You will also advise on and oversee broader legal areas including a range technology agreements, data protection, IP issues, compliance and disputes (with support from external law firms as required).
We are keen to hear from commercial lawyers with at least 4 years’ PQE gained in-house or in private practice.
