We are excited to launch our new lifestyle hotel in the vibrant heart of London, designed to cater to discerning business and leisure travelers. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in hospitality and hotel sales to exclusively drive business for our prestigious new property. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will focus solely on securing and growing business for the hotel. You will lead efforts in lead generation, contracting, and account management, engaging directly with corporate clients through face-to-face meetings, client entertainment, national sales trips, trade shows, and networking events to establish the hotel as a premier corporate destination in London.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Sales team at our office near Russell Square in central London. As a key member of our department, you’ll play a vital role in driving revenue and expanding our client base.

What we’re looking for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to attract corporate clients, including multinational corporations, SMEs, and professional associations.
  • Perform day-to-day sales activities, including proactive lead generation, negotiating contracts, and managing key corporate accounts.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and client entertainment to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers.
  • Plan and undertake national sales trips to expand the hotel’s corporate client base across the UK.
  • Represent the hotel at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and secure corporate bookings.
  • Collaborate with the hotel’s leadership to align sales efforts with revenue goals and market demands.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record in securing corporate business within the hospitality sector
  • Strong expertise in lead generation, contract negotiation, and account management in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Established network of corporate contacts in the UK, particularly in London’s business sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a flair for client entertainment and relationship-building.
  • Ability to travel nationally for sales trips and attend industry events as required.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera) and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
