CNC Turner – Evening Shift
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: Up to £45,000 (based on a 39.5‑hour week)
Shift: Mon to Thu (4:00pm‑11:30pm) | Fri (12:30pm‑10:00pm)

What You’ll Be Doing
As a CNC Turner/Setter, you’ll play a key role in producing high‑specification, small‑to‑medium batch components for aerospace clients. This is a hands‑on role where your expertise will directly impact quality and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and operate CNC Turning machines (Fanuc controls) to tight aerospace tolerances
- Work with premium materials: Stainless Steel, Titanium, Inconel, Aluminium, Nylon
- Accurately record job timings in the ERP system
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization (6S)
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in CNC Turning within aerospace or other high‑precision sectors
- Skilled in setting and operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls
- Comfortable working to tight tolerances
- Apprenticeship trained or qualified by experience
- CAD/CAM familiarity is a plus, but not essential
