An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a private bank known for providing bespoke financial services to UHNW individuals and businesses. As a financial services Administrator, you will be working with the Account Closing team, and will be responsible for the closure of accounts and the ongoing review and maintenance of customer static data and documentation.
Duties of the Accounting Closing Administrator to include:
- Process all Fast Track closure requests for empty portfolios in a timely and precise manner.
- Handle closure requests related to project compact and remediation, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Process and complete account opening documentation for new and existing clients in line with bank policies and regulations.
- Work on a project dealing with closing accounts, ensuring all processes are followed efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of account activities and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Provide excellent client service, assisting with any account-related inquiries.
Requirements for the successful Accounting Closing Administrator applicant:
- Previous experience in account administration within a banking or financial services environment, preferably private banking.
