Area Manager– Leading Children’s Play and Sport Provision Company
North London Area

We are recruiting for one of the most recognisable organisations in the childcare sector, who have an incredibly successful background and exciting future! They\’re looking forexceptional people withexperience in management,high standards,a passion for working with children, a fun-natured personality,and an \’own it\’ attitude towards work.
As the General Manager of one of their flagship venues and a cluster of local schools, you will oversee the operations of all day-to-day aspects of running the clubs (breakfast, after-school, lunchtime, holiday camps), which will include (amongst other things) leadership, growth and business development, training and onboarding, recruitment, scheduling and rota management, people management, cost control and growth, customer complaints, and school relationships.
As a General Manager, you will ideally bring:
- Experience of management and training and developing others
- Experience working in a busy and ever-changing environment where no day is the same
- Strong communication skills and be comfortable managing a team of staff
- A forward-thinking, proactive individual who can \’own\’ their work and solve both present and future problems
- Proven ability to manage change and growth
- An interest and passion for childcare and child development
