As a SAP HR Functional Consultant, you will bring expertise in process analysis, process and system design, systems development, configuration, testing, implementation, and training.
You will support Projects and Product Teams to guide delivery, ensure solutions and specifications meet our quality requirements, and ultimately deliver the technology roadmap to support digital transformation. In addition, you will work closely with the Business Stakeholders to limit the customisation only to those that are differentiating and adopt best practice processes in those that are not.
What you’ll be doing as a SAP HR Functional Consultant
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR process requirements. Design and configure SuccessFactors modules, aligning the system with organisational needs while adhering to best practices.
- Engage with business users to gather detailed functional requirements, translating them into system configurations that enhance HR processes.
- Design and execute comprehensive testing procedures to ensure system functionality, data integrity, and compliance with requirements. Address any issues identified during testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues encountered by users, collaborating with technical teams, if necessary, to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Provide ongoing support for end-users during the post-implementation phase, addressing inquiries, issues, and feedback.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference
- Participate in Agile processes, such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning, to ensure the successful delivery of project tasks within the team.

What you should bring to the role
Essential
- Hands-on experience in implementing SuccessFactors solutions
- A proven track record of successfully leading and participating in full project cycles, from requirement gathering and design to configuration, testing, and post-go-live support
- Strong documentation skills
- Experience in working within Agile methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and fellow consultants to drive project success. Effective communication, active listening, and a willingness to share knowledge and insights contribute to a positive team environment.
- Ability to analyse complex HR business processes, identify pain points, and propose innovative solutions that leverage SAP HR and SuccessFactors capabilities
Desirable
- a foundational understanding of ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming)
- Proficient in creating test scripts, performing system testing, and ensuring solutions meet the defined requirements before implementation
