What are we looking for?

Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit an HRIS Analyst to join our Reward Team. You will be reporting to the Head of Reward, and will principally support with the CCL scheduling system, current and future state.

Currently (2025) Kronos is the enterprise scheduling and timekeeping system, and the role will provide 1st Line system support in London, closely engaging with the US-based enterprise HRIS team to deliver 2nd line support, system fixes and enhancements.

The role will closely support with coordinating the activity to replace the existing system with a new scheduling system, and elements of the activation of the new system in London including coordinating activity between IT, HRIS and Vendor technical teams, creating establishment in the new system, data transfers from legacy system, data loading into the new system and local technical advisory support.

The role will additionally support with CCL HRIS systems, specifically as they interact and integrate with the scheduling system, and some ad-hoc projects to enhance HRIS functionality locally in London.

What will your duties include?

– System Support:

  • Provide 1st line system support for the scheduling system in London, including managing break/ fix queries and caregiver enquiries about system support
  • Aligning with 2nd line support in the US, triage and manage more complex break/ fixes to 2nd line resolution
  • Partner with the business to understand, document and raise system enhancement requests to US HRIS team for delivery
  • Partner with the business to provide SME technical advice on best practice for utilisation of the scheduling system, optimizing outcomes locally for system users
  • Support with Timecard approvals

– System Activation:

Specific to the new scheduling system implementation and activation project 2025/2026

  • In collaboration with London IT and enterprise HRIS teams, coordinate local activation of the new scheduling system, notably data transfers and uploads into new system, system rules, accurate replication or organizational structure in the new system and administrative support
  • Take a lead role in system testing for the new system, both as individual SME tester and coordinating local testing activity
  • Act as local technical conduit between enterprise HRIS team and new system vendor support function

What we need from you?

  • Demonstrable experience working with scheduling and time-keeping systems in a technical support capacity (essential)
  • Experience with on-site system support for a complex organization (essential)
  • Experience increasing user capability and confidence in HRIS systems, through development of job aids, coaching sessions and system best-practice demonstration sessions (essential)
  • Exposure to 1st line/ 2nd line system support structures (desirable)
  • Experience with Workday HR software or similar corporate HRIS systems (desirable)
