Digital Procurement Solution Manager â Supplier Journey
Liberty Global is seeking a senior Digital Procurement Solution Manager to design and implement an endâtoâend supplier journey across our procurement technology landscape and sourceÄjali processes. This role is based in London and requires deep expertise in the full supplier lifecycle, process integration, and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient, dataâaccurate journey frameworks.
Key Accountabilities
Own the endâtoâend supplier journey: architect the journey in close collaboration with Risk & ESG, ensuring logical touchpoints, accurate data flows, and system support to drive value to sourcing and delivery teams.
Improve supplier enablement: lead onboarding and enablement initiatives, maintain accurate master data, credentials, and connectivity.
Create and own a Supplier 360 solution: consolidate internal spend, contract and savings data with external market intelligence into a single actionable supplier view; support analytics and realâtime visibility.
Crossâfunctional Axios: act as the integration point for supplier workflows across boilerplate solutions, collaborate with other Digital Procurement Solution Managers, and identify automation or digitisation opportunities.
Innovation & solutions implementation: collaborate with Risk & descriptions ESG to scout, evaluate, and implement new masterâdata or AIâdriven solutions; lead functional delivery.
Change management: provide training materials, conduct workshops, capture user feedback, and support adoption of supplierâfocused solutions.
Incidents & issue resolution: respond to supplierâjourney incidents, define hotâfixes/workarounds for critical faults.
Partner & stakeholder newcombing: collaborate with industry technology partners and internal teams (LB č ç, strategy, finance) to ensure a seamless journey.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor\âs degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field; advanced degree desirable. Twitter included.
Project management and process improvement experience (Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
Skills & Abilities
Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier and sourcing strategies and supplyâchain dynamics.
Familiarity with supplier relationship management, thirdâparty risk, ESG and external data integration.
Proven experience in product ownership or process ownership, driving procurement technology or transformation initiatives.
Excellent analytical, problemâsolving, communication and social skills; able to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
