Right now, we\’re looking for experienced domestic heating installers to join our team of Clean Energy Technicians across the UK. Even if you\’ve never fitted a heat pump before, you may have the skills we\’re after.

You\’ll be responsible for ensuring that high-quality heat pump installations are carried out safely and efficiently, leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
What you\’ll be doing as a Heat Pump Engineer
- Helping families lower their costs and carbon footprint by installing the latest Vaillant heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators.
- Working closely with our designers to ensure only efficient, reliable systems are fitted. All jobs will be properly surveyed, with schematic diagrams provided for every installation.
- Training at the Aira Academy to become an elite Heat Pump Engineer, with opportunities for development and professional growth at the UK\’s fastest-growing Heat Pump installer.
- Joining a Europe-wide team of Engineers as part of the Aira family.
What we would like you to have as a Heat Pump Engineer
We will provide all necessary Air Source Heat Pump training at our Aira Academies throughout the UK. However, we need you to have:
- Experience installing boilers or air source heat pumps
- Experience installing hot water cylinders and radiators
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:
- WRAS Qualifications (water regs)
- Gas Qualifications
- Unvented hot water systems (Part G)
- F-Gas Category 1
