We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated career focused and ambitious Production Planning Assistant seeking a role in a challenging, fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Duties and responsibilities are, but not limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities :

  • Scheduled and un-scheduled aircraft maintenance work package build/assembly.
  • Generation of equipment summary reports including tooling, parts, and material call-ups.
  • Checking of tasks cards for accuracy and completeness.
  • Updating and review of work pack task requirements throughout the maintenance process.
  • Co-ordinate work pack amendments from the CAMO/3rd Party.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in using aircraft technical documentation.
  • An understanding of AMOS Software system (Training can be provided).
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent organisational ability with attention to detail.
  • Ability to review tasks to ensure they are adequately planned.
  • Good team player with strong inter-personal skills
  • Previous Planning experience, with base or line.
  • Recognised aircraft engineering qualification.
