You will proactively find opportunities to further leverage best-in-class technology and minimise technology debt that hinders long-term scalability and work to drive and implement best practice across all platforms, digital innovation, process automation, and emerging technologies that fit business requirements.

This is a fixed term contract opportunity – running until December 2026.

What will you be doing?

  • Act as a champion for customer focus and listen to and connect with customers and team members effectively; ensuring that procedures and systems are in place to advise and receive feedback from service users, partners, stakeholders and colleagues, and evaluating that feedback, taking appropriate action to secure continuous improvement.

What will you need to be successful?

To thrive in this role, you\’ll need deep expertise in Workday’s Compensation and Benefits modules, including hands-on configuration of compensation plans, pay components, and global benefits administration.
