A large independent service company are looking for a senior employee relations specialist to join their growing HR team. This role will report in to the Head of HR and lead a team of 4 advisors and administrators. The purpose of this role will be: * Be responsible for providing an operationally focused HR service by providing advice, support and managing employee relations cases. * Work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver the business strategy. * Be pro-active in resolving challenging situations whilst driving best fit and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, policies, and employment legislation. * To work closely with Key stakeholders across the business and advise them on current legislation, help identify risk and offer solutions.
