IN SHORT

Following a period of learner growth, we are seeking two individuals passionate about Business & Management, who can share their knowledge, experience, and passion with students aiming to enter a wide range of Business, Management, and Administration roles.

The teaching across both roles is integral to the curriculum delivery on the T-Level in Management & Administration programme. Candidates need a range of Business knowledge and skills (e.g., leadership & management, project management) to deliver these programmes. There are also teaching hours and management responsibilities across OCR Level 3 and Gateway Level 2 provisions.

This role offers the opportunity to teach industry-relevant knowledge and skills to students aspiring to work in various Business areas. Part of the role involves developing learners’ essential skills and work-ready behaviors to support their progression to apprenticeships or employment within Business. Future plans include expanding our courses in Marketing, Tourism & Events Management, and Sustainable Business Practices; applicants with backgrounds in these areas are encouraged to apply.

A course team leader not only teaches but also leads the study programme, acting as the personal/academic tutor for allocated cohorts (monitoring behavior, attendance, achievement, and concerns) and managing quality assurance processes. They actively promote our study programmes through open days, learner admissions, etc.

Milton Keynes College is committed to fairness and respect for all applicants, regardless of background, disability, or other characteristics. We particularly encourage applications from underrepresented groups. Successful candidates will undergo pre-employment checks, including a DBS, and security clearance up to CTC level for prison services roles.
