  • Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process across multiple digital products, from strategy, research and ideation to wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and developer hand-off.
  • Create user-centered design solutions that deliver an intuitive, accessible user experience across web and mobile platforms.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries in Figma to create new products and maintain consistency across existing platforms.
  • Expertise in design tools, particularly Figma, and design system technology, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of design tokens, theming, and UI components
  • Conduct and analyze usability testing to gather insights on user behavior, validate design decisions, and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback.
  • Partner with the Digital Team Lead to turn broad, conceptual ideas into useful and valuable solutions
  • Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant for our supported platforms
  • Craft designs within existing visual systems and/or standards that leverage platform capabilities
  • Present work to stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback to improve the quality of products through iterations exploring a range of design options
  • Work with visual designers, content strategists and developers as well as project managers in Jira to ensure projects are executed on time and on budget

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 5-7 years of experience designing digital products at a consumer-facing product company with significant focus on creating mobile experiences and working with mobile OS\’s
  • A solid understanding of core design principles, responsive design, interaction design, product design, typography, color, and page layout

  • Deep experience with user journeys, wire framing, prototyping/animation techniques, and working closely with engineering resources
  • Knowledge in usability testing methods and the ability to turn findings into actionable design improvements.
