Collinson is seeking a highly capable Digital Manager to lead the evolution of our digital platforms across web, mobile, and content systems. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, playing a pivotal part in transforming how we deliver engaging, accessible, and data-driven digital experiences for a global audience.

As a central figure in our Global Marketing function, you will lead digital content strategy, platform governance, and performance optimisation—ensuring all digital activity aligns with business goals, brand standards, and user expectations. You will work closely with regional teams across London, Dallas, Hong Kong, and Cape Town to deliver seamless digital experiences and future-ready content operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management

Lead the management, optimisation, and ongoing development of Collinson’s websites, mobile platforms, and content delivery systems.

Oversee content delivery within our CMS (Contentful), collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, consistency, and performance.

Manage content platform migrations—ensuring smooth transitions, minimal disruption, and strong business continuity.

Content Strategy & Modelling

Define and implement scalable content strategies, including structured content modelling to support reuse, localisation, and omnichannel delivery.

Drive cross-functional content collaboration, embedding tools and processes that ensure efficiency and high-quality output.

Oversee content migration during redesigns and platform transitions, maintaining brand consistency and quality.

Manage multilingual content and translation workflows across all digital platforms.

Workflow & Technology Transformation

Lead the implementation of Bynder Content Workflow and DAM, embedding it into global content operations as the single source of truth for digital assets.

Integrate the DAM with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other core martech platforms to enable content performance tracking and asset-level analytics.

Oversee the migration from Ceros to Contentful, ensuring structured content, localisation workflows, and stakeholder engagement are well-managed throughout.

Collaborate on the rationalisation of Jira instances, working with Technology and Project teams to streamline digital workflows and enhance agile delivery.

Performance, SEO & Optimisation

Oversee SEO strategy and execution in collaboration with internal and external specialists, ensuring all digital content is optimised for visibility and organic performance.

Drive performance optimisation using Google Analytics and other tools to report on digital KPIs, provide actionable insights, and inform continuous improvement.

Monitor and report on A/B testing, accessibility metrics, and content performance to ensure alignment with business and user needs.

Accessibility & Digital Standards

Champion accessibility best practices across all digital platforms, ensuring compliance with WCAG guidelines and inclusive design principles.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with Product, Innovation, and Technology teams to ensure alignment between digital platforms and business objectives.

Coordinate platform enhancements and content updates to deliver consistent, high-impact customer experiences globally.

Team Leadership

Manage and develop a high-performing Digital Publishing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to ensure the team delivers against digital priorities and best practices.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

Required:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.

Minimum 4 years\’ experience in digital platform or content management roles, with expertise in structured content and content modelling.

Proven experience working with CMS platforms (preferably Contentful).

Strong understanding of SEO, WCAG accessibility standards, and A/B testing.

Proficiency in Google Analytics and other performance reporting tools.

Good working knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across regions and functions.

Demonstrated experience managing digital transformation projects, particularly CMS and DAM migrations.
