The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale planned maintenance, complex reactive repairs, and Section 20 execution. This role requires significant experience in surveying, project management, and stakeholder coordination, with a strong emphasis on delivering works in conservation areas and heritage-sensitive environments.About youWe are looking for someone who has:
  • 5–7 years of experience in building surveying, with a focus on planned works, complex projects, and high-level repairs.
  • Proven experience managing the Section 20 process.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, planning legislation, and health and safety compliance (including CDM).
  • Experience working in conservation areas and with heritage buildings.
