POSITION SUMMARY
Our jobs aren’t just about serving food; we aim to create memorable and unique experiences for our guests. Guest Service Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services, including setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with guests, serving, and maintaining work areas and supplies. They ensure transactions are seamless and contribute to the overall guest experience.
Success in this role depends on creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies, maintaining quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication. Guest Service Experts will be on their feet for extended periods, managing menus, and performing physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 25 pounds unaided and 50 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No licenses or certifications needed.
