Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Planned Works Contract Manager to join our team, based in Salford, working on Eccles New Road Planned Works Contracts in the Wirral area. This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week. In return, you will receive a competitive salary, Car Allowance, and excellent benefits.

We now seek a Planned Works Contract Manager to liaise across a multidisciplinary team to ensure the commercial delivery of operational repairs and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of trade operatives, agency workers, apprentices, sub-contractors, and contracts to maximize profitability.
- Ensure systems are in place to guarantee high-quality workmanship from all operatives, sub-contractors, and apprentices.
- Deliver a consistent, efficient, and customer-focused operational repairs service across all maintenance activities.
- Manage financial budgets for each contract.
- Assist in implementing continuous improvement processes for responsive repairs, voids, and planned services.
- Deputize for the Regional Director when necessary.
Candidate Requirements:
- Competent in all building discipline aspects, with experience in inspection of repairs, measurement, and specifications, preferably within social housing.
- First aid qualification; working knowledge of QL, Open Contractor, ASSURE (desirable).
- Building qualification at HNC level or equivalent.
- Up-to-date SMSTS and IOSH qualifications are essential.
