We are looking for approachable, all-rounder customer support/warehouse operative candidates, who thrive under pressure and can deliver exceptional customer service while also supporting warehouse operations. Full UK driving licence is required as you\’ll be driving a company van.
Key responsibilities include:
Customer Service:
- Picking and restocking customer stocks and delivering to customer sites
- Handling incoming calls and emails, identifying and evaluating customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Going the extra mile to engage customers
- Purchasing stock and managing general POS operations
- Communicating with colleagues and providing customers with updates
- IT skills are advantageous
Warehouse:
- Picking, packing, receiving, cycle counts, restocking
- Managing shipping and processing goods
- General warehouse operations
- Forklift license is not necessary but can be obtained on-the-job
