Come join our team! We are looking for an organized, self-motivated, and efficient support specialist. This role is responsible for Tier 1 support for our sales and sales support teams within Salesforce. You will have a sound understanding of the product offerings and team structure of Wiley\’s research lines of business. This role also involves supporting Research Sales Operation Leads in assisting the sales teams with Tier 1 support.
How you will make an impact:
- Supporting all business streams to ensure data compliance, streamlining processes, and data cleansing.
- Developing a deep understanding of multiple sales teams and supporting Research Operation Leads with updates and best practice implementation.
- Maintaining a governance structure with sales leaders to review necessary changes to territories and accounts.
- Providing ongoing support, addressing issues and escalations to Operation Leads, Product Owners, and technology teams.
- Serving as the first point of support for incoming sales requests related to basic problems and requests, with continuous case queue coverage.
- Researching incidents and documenting resolutions for all problems and requests.
- Educating and training end users on applications and technology.
- Providing administrative support for Operations Leads supporting daily tasks like reporting, data projects, and testing new CRM features.
