Arden Tunbridge Wells is looking for a Senior Technician. We are offering a £2,500 sign-on bonus!
OTE of £65,000 to £70,000 – 40 hours a week.
Jardine Motors Group is seeking highly skilled and motivated Vehicle Technicians to join our team at our Tunbridge Wells BMW/MINI Dealership. As a Senior Technician, you will ensure the highest level of service and repair for BMW and MINI vehicles efficiently and promptly.
BMW/MINI will empower, support, and provide all necessary tools to help you excel in an exciting environment where your role is vital to our success. The role offers a competitive basic salary up to £40,000 depending on experience, with OTEs in the range of £70,000 and a target initial threshold at 55%.
This is a Full-Time Permanent position working Monday to Friday, with one Saturday on a rota basis, paid as overtime.

Your profile
- A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing the highest standard of care for every vehicle in our workshop.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members to solve challenges quickly.
- A passion for learning and staying updated with industry innovations to perform at your best.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively and provide a premium customer experience, working closely with Service Advisors.
