- Build monthly / seasonal product strategies including brand mix, SKU and style plan, target retail margins. Manage markup and profit margins, as well as seasonal markdown strategies

Requirements
- Degree holder in Fashion & Textiles or business discipline
- With at least 7-8 years of management experience in buying and merchandising, preferably in the fashion / lifestyle / retail industry
- Strong interest in fashion as well as a strong knowledge of vendors and contacts within the industry
- Proactive, sensitive to figures and strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent product sensibility and understanding of competitive retail landscape
- Ability to take initiative, ownership, and accountability for business results
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Strong decision-making capability with the ability to influence, present and defend a business argument both one-on-one and in a group setting
- Business acumen, strong analytical and presentation skills
